The Post
The Post was our first major development in the future of downtown Lethbridge. When we started, few believed the old Canada Post building could become a hub of innovation and business. Today, it’s home to 20 businesses, including our head office.
Sunridge Village
Lethbridge’s first, green neighbourhood, Sunridge features 44 townhouses. These eco-friendly homes offer affordable living in an amenity-rich corner of West Lethbridge.
Hilmen Building
Located within the heart of downtown, we’re proud of what this historical property has become. Once a revolving door of renters, the Hilmen Building now adds unique amenities and aesthetics to our downtown.
